Last week we held a tapas tasting for our summer series with an intimate dinner. We consumed a non-traditional Paella with fried egg and rice instead of meat (good for vegetarians). We started off with grilled prawn and fresh guacamole, which was delicious Chef Jay squeezed fresh lime on it and gave it some pizazz. The highlight of the summer series was the relaxed atmosphere.
Champagne really enjoyed himself. The food was phenomenal. The bugs loved us as well lol. I was bitten all over smh I had to spray everywhere but it was too late ?. They got me yall.
